What to expect

Telehealth makes it easy to fit therapy into your schedule and allows you to participate in appointments from the comfort of your own home.

Drawing from a profound understanding of the thought patterns that shape your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, our psychologists help you explore not only what you’re experiencing, but why — and most importantly, how to move forward.

You don’t need to prepare anything in particular for your first appointment. But if you’re feeling nervous, this overview of what to expect might help.
