We understand the importance of uninterrupted care, and this extension allows you to receive the necessary prescriptions or controlled substances (if appropriate) without disruption. You can schedule your Medical Treatment appointments with no additional paperwork needed at this time. Through November 10, 2024, you can continue to schedule appointments and receive Treatment without a referral. We understand the importance of uninterrupted care, and this extension will allow you to receive the necessary prescriptions for controlled substances without disruption. You can schedule your Treatment appointments with no additional paperwork needed at this time.
We understand the importance of coordinated care with your healthcare provider and pharmacy. To ensure seamless prescription management as part of your treatment plan, we recommend seeking a referral from an in-person provider (physician, nurse practitioner, or physician’s assistant).
We have outlined the process here in 3 easy steps.
Once your provider submits the referral, it will appear in your patient portal. If you require assistance, visit our support center to address any processing issues.
