We are here to support you through this difficult time and ensure you receive the medication you need to manage your ADHD symptoms.

The national stimulant medication shortage continues to make it difficult to fill prescriptions in a timely manner. We understand many of our patients are struggling with their care due to the shortage.

We are doing everything we can to ensure you get the care you need, including offering ways for you to advocate for yourself.

Is your pharmacy out of stock? Ask the pharmacist these questions:

Need to change medications? You’ve got two options:

MS step1

Ask your pharmacist to contact us. They can fax us or call us and select the Medical Professional option in the phone tree.

MS step2

You can leave a message on the Pharmacy Transfer Voicemail line.
Please leave the patient’s name, date of birth, the requested medications, dose and quantity changes. If you have to change pharmacies, please include the new pharmacy’s name, address, and phone number.

Knowing the answers to these questions, you and your provider can work together to find the best alternative for your current situation and treatment goals. Providers will only order a new medication after meeting and discussing the risks, benefits, and treatment goals first. By being proactive, you and your provider can build your backup plan together.

Mentavi Health is conducting ADHD research and is accepting a limited number of participants. Participants in our clinical study will get an ADHD Assessment at no cost. 

Who can join?
  • Age 19+
  • Primary language is English
  • Not previously diagnosed with ADHD
  • Not a current patient of ADHD Online or Mentavi Health
  • A resident of any of the 50 US states or DC (not including Puerto Rico or other territories)

Your involvement will help improve mental health care for everyone.
