Struggling with anxiety, ADHD, or both? You’re not alone.
Nearly 50% of people with ADHD also have anxiety, yet many don’t realize they can have both. Symptoms can often overlap, making it essential to get a professional diagnosis to ensure the most effective treatment plan.
Anxiety isn’t just stress—it can leave you feeling overwhelmed, isolated, and uncertain about the future. If you have ADHD, anxiety symptoms can feel even more intense. That’s why compassionate, expert care is essential in finding your path forward.
Our process begins with a comprehensive online assessment that identifies your specific symptoms and how they impact your life. A doctorate-level psychologist then provides a thorough evaluation and diagnosis. You can receive treatment from our expert clinicians in 41 states or take your results to your provider for next steps.

Nearly 50% of people with ADHD also have anxiety. Because symptoms overlap, an accurate diagnosis is essential for effective treatment.
You can have both ADHD and anxiety. Many people assume it’s one or the other, but they share common symptoms and influence each other.
Anxiety symptoms may be more pronounced in those who are neurodiverse. Managing co-occurring conditions requires a tailored approach.
Both ADHD and anxiety can make it hard to stay focused. With anxiety, your mind gets pulled into worry and overthinking. With ADHD, distractions come from anything and everything around you.
Having both ADHD and anxiety symptoms can be clinically managed together. Addressing both disorders as part of an overall treatment plan can lead to better outcomes.

For those who do, there can be a variety of considerations into what kind of treatment works best to meet the patient where they’re at.
If you are not feeling right, your journey starts with the first step of diagnostic evaluation.
