Thank you everyone for participating in our Town Hall meetings, we want to keep the communications going!
These meetings will be held monthly and are an open forum to voice any of your questions, comments, & suggestions. Our goal is to cultivate collaboration between all team members and providers, ultimately benefiting the ADHD community as a whole. We would like this Town Hall to drive dialogue and improvement which can only be accomplished with your participation and input!

If you are unable to make the scheduled time, the videos and notes will be posted afterwards. We would still encourage you to use the below form to submit any questions or talking points prior to the event. Your feedback is extremely valuable and no item is too big or too small.
