As a clinician, my approach to treating ADHD is rooted in compassion, evidence-based practices, and a deep commitment to individualized care. I recognize that ADHD is not a one-size-fits-all condition, and each patient presents with unique strengths, challenges, and life circumstances.
Having been a Nurse Practitioner since 2014, I have worked with all age groups in a variety of settings including surgery, outpatient clinics, and in telemedicine. Additionally, I have been a clinical instructor with Kennesaw State University in Georgia where I was a mental health clinical instructor for BSN students, and guest lecturer and clinical instructor for the NP program. I have worked in primary care, orthopedics, integrative health, and mental health specialties.

Telehealth and mental health care are a natural fit because they break down barriers to access, making it easier for individuals—especially those with ADHD—to receive consistent, effective treatment. Many people with ADHD struggle with time management or the structure of traditional appointments. Telehealth offers the flexibility they need to engage in care without added stress. By meeting patients where they are, I can provide support in a way that fits their lifestyle, ensuring they receive the guidance and treatment they deserve.
Mentavi Health is conducting ADHD research and is accepting a limited number of participants. Participants in our clinical study will get an ADHD Assessment at no cost.Â
