“Telehealth is a game-changer for mental health care, offering flexibility, accessibility, and privacy for those who may otherwise struggle to seek treatment. Many individuals with ADHD, anxiety, and depression face barriers like busy schedules, transportation challenges, or stigma, and telehealth helps eliminate those obstacles.”

My clinical approach is holistic, patient-centered, and evidence-based. I prioritize a comprehensive evaluation to understand each patient’s unique neurobiological, psychological, and environmental factors. I integrate medication management, behavioral strategies, and lifestyle interventions to optimize functioning while addressing co-occurring conditions. I emphasize collaborative goal-setting, psychoeducation, and practical coping mechanisms, ensuring that treatment is not just about symptom control but also about improving overall quality of life, resilience, and self-agency. My approach is flexible and tailored to each individual, recognizing that effective care requires compassion, adaptability, and a commitment to long-term well-being.

Clinical Expertise

I am a board-certified physician with extensive experience in ADHD, anxiety, depression, and behavioral health management, and I have nearly 14 years of clinical experience across many diverse patient populations. My background includes primary care, medical ethics, and clinical leadership, having served as a Medical Director in a hospital-based setting, where I provided oversight on clinical quality and policy compliance. Through Mentavi Health, I offer comprehensive evaluations and evidence-based treatment, focusing on personalized care, medication management, and practical strategies to help patients improve focus, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.

What made you want to join the ADHD Online team?

Telehealth is a game-changer for mental health care, offering flexibility, accessibility, and privacy for those who may otherwise struggle to seek treatment. Many individuals with ADHD, anxiety, and depression face barriers like busy schedules, transportation challenges, or stigma, and telehealth helps eliminate those obstacles. With virtual care, patients can receive expert support from the comfort of their own space, making mental health treatment more approachable, consistent, and effective.

Curious about stimulant or non-stimulant approaches?

If you’re navigating ADHD or other mental health challenges, you have options. At Mentavi Health / ADHD Online, we assess what works for you.
Some may start with non-medicated approaches like coaching or therapy.  In other cases, patients may explore medication treatment paths when warranted by diagnosis. For some diagnosed with ADHD, the treatment clinician may work with the patient to determine if stimulant approaches work best for them. Stimulant approaches are certain medications under medical treatment that are generally Class II controlled substances. Non-stimulant options are another approach that can work for many.  Medication approaches can be used in tandem with coaching or therapy.

The key is starting with our diagnostic evaluation, which is reviewed by a qualified healthcare professional. Getting clarity on what you’re experiencing is the first step toward feeling more in control. From there, you and your treatment team can determine the best path—whether that’s coaching, therapy, medication, or a combination that works for your life.

If you’re not feeling right, let us walk alongside you by starting with the diagnostic evaluation.
There may be a brief delay in service today between 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM ET. Thank you for your patience — we look forward to assisting you shortly.
