Although the Public Health Emergency (PHE) ended, the DEA has extended the telemedicine flexibilities through December 31st, 2025. Patients can continue being treated virtually without an in-person visit just like during the PHE.
Though not mandatory, we highly recommend establishing care with a primary care provider and having at least an annual physical examination every year.
If you decide to have an in-person visit, your clinician can complete a referral form and easily send it to us via email [email protected] or fax to 616-210-3118. Alternatively, your practitioner can send a referral directly to us.
An added bonus is that this proactive step can significantly expedite the prescription filling process at some pharmacies.
