We understand how important it is to track your support requests. If you have an ADHD Online account, here’s how you can view them:
- Log into the ADHD Online patient portal.
- Click the “Support” link on the left-hand menu.
- Under “We Are Adapting,” select “See Your Requests.”
You can also go to the Help Center, click your name in the top-right corner and select “My Requests.” This will show any requests you’ve submitted after creating your account. You can also add comments or resolve tickets from this page.
Helpful Tip: You can only track requests if you have an account.
