Diagnostic Evaluation in 5 Days
Traditional ADHD evaluations often require long wait times, delaying treatment and care planning. ADHD Online offers a clinically validated, efficient alternative that empowers Cascade Engineering clinicians to:
- Refer patients using a secure digital form
- Provide access to a self-paced, online ADHD evaluation
- Receive psychologist-reviewed reports in 5 business days
- Move confidently from diagnosis to treatment—without increasing clinical workload
How it Works
Refer Your Patient
Use our secure referral form to provide the patient’s name, email, and your contact details. Select if the referral is for Snapshot, Diagnostic Evaluation, or both.
Patient Completes the Assessment
a) Diagnostic Evaluation
Patients receive a secure email invitation and complete the Diagnostic Evaluation at their own pace (typically 60–90 minutes).
b) Snapshot
Patients receive a secure email invitation and complete the Snapshot at their own pace (typically 5-10 minutes).
c) Both Assessments
Patients receive two separate secure emails with an invitation and instructions to complete the assessments at their own pace. They are instructed to complete the Snapshot first.
Clinical Review
A licensed psychologist from Mentavi Health reviews each Diagnostic Evaluation submission and prepares a comprehensive report.
The Snapshot is a self-assessment tool, evaluated and scored through the use of a proprietary scoring system.
Results Delivered to Your Patient's Email
Within five days, the patient will receive an email notification to view their Diagnostic Evaluation Report in the portal. A PDF version of the report is sent directly to your team for review and care coordination.
The results of the Mental Wellness Snapshot are available immediately after a patient completes the assessment. An email is sent to the patient prompting them to review their Snapshot results in the ADHD Online patient portal.
Coordinate the Next Step
Once the reports are received, review the findings with your patient and determine the next steps. Use the results to inform treatment planning, including medication management, therapy, or integrated care.
