I believe effective therapy is highly individualized. My first priority is to create a respectful and accepting space where you feel safe and comfortable engaging in a collaborative experience with me. I listen intently to your circumstances, working to understand your unique experiences, challenges, and aspirations. From there, I offer strategies to help you gain insight, explore therapeutic solutions, develop coping mechanisms, and ultimately achieve a greater sense of peace and purpose—always keeping your specific preferences and goals at the forefront.
For me, delivering primary care since 2017, primarily in outpatient settings throughout Georgia, has been about connecting with a diverse range of patients – from children to seniors. My foundation is in allopathic, evidence-based medicine, but my practice has grown to also embrace and respect alternative medical approaches. This openness is crucial; it allows me to build a more collaborative relationship with my patients and ensures they receive a truly comprehensive and integrated care experience.

I chose to join Mentavi Health as a clinical provider because I’ve seen, both personally and professionally, the immense need for compassionate and effective mental health care. Having ADHD myself, I deeply appreciate care experiences where I felt a genuine connection and my treatment plan was tailored to my unique circumstances. My own journey is powerful proof of how an optimized treatment approach can truly make a difference in alleviating suffering, fostering resilience, and creating an environment that leads to long-term success. I’m driven by the opportunity to empower individuals to navigate their mental health journeys, equipping them with the tools and understanding to lead richer, more stable lives.
