Hey, you.
I just wanted to let you know how proud I am of you for making it to this page.
It may not feel like it, but it’s a pretty big deal that you’re taking this first step.
And there’s a reason why you’re here. Maybe you’ve always felt different. Or you’re just now realizing that you’ve assumed everybody struggles as much as you do, and are just better at hiding it—when in reality, life’s not supposed to be this hard.
Before I found out I had ADHD, I felt like I was constantly scrambling to keep my head above water. I was so angry with myself all the time because I couldn’t understand why I couldn’t keep up with everyone else. I’m not being dramatic when I tell you that getting an official diagnosis and proper treatment completely changed my life. And it was really validating to know there was a reason behind why I’d been struggling.
So anyway, yeah.
Regardless of the outcome, you deserve answers. You deserve support.
You got this. I believe in you.
