Diagnosis is the beginning of a life changing experience
You have been referred to ADHD Online to provide you with access to streamlined, comprehensive, and convenient Assessment and diagnostic services online for ADHD, Anxiety, Depression and related mental health conditions. Our online Assessment gives you answers and suggested next steps in days, instead of waiting months to see a provider in person.
What to expect next
Provide us with your name and email address below and click “Begin Assessment” to create a portal account.
Complete the online Assessment and submit it for review.
Your Assessment will be reviewed and analyzed by one of our licensed psychologists within 5 days. You will receive an email notifying you when your Assessment results with diagnostic information and next steps are available in your portal account.
Once you receive your Assessment:
If you are interested in ongoing treatment options based on your clinical findings, please contact UCSD CAPS at 858-534-3755 to be contacted with off-campus providers based on your insurance plan, or if you are already established at UCSD CAPS, coordinate directly with your CAPS provider by MyChart message. Your CAPS provider can help connect with you with off-campus providers if you are seeking medication management related to ADHD.
