ADHD Online is proud to partner with Spectrum Health to bring you our secure and comprehensive online ADHD assessment. We’ve streamlined the process of diagnosis and treatment for ADHD so that you can get the care you deserve quickly and continuously.

Take your time and complete the questions at your pace. We’ve brought the thoroughness of an in-office assessment to you, wherever and whenever is convenient for you, with no appointment necessary. Once you have completed our Assessment, you will receive a formal diagnosis or exclusion from our network of licensed psychologists within 5 days. Diagnosis and treatment are available for both adults and children.

Current wait times for in-person assessment appointments are 6-9 months. At ADHD Online, Assessments are reviewed and Treatment plan appointments can typically be completed within seven days.

Complete the online Assessment and submit it for review. For patients under 18 years old, guardians are required to complete the Assessment with the patient.

Your Assessment will be reviewed and analyzed by one of our licensed psychologists within 5 days. You will receive an email notifying you when your Assessment results with diagnostic information and next steps are available in your portal account.

Once you receive your Assessment, you have choices:

  1. You may take your results back to your Primary Care Provider.
  2. You may connect with one of our providers to develop your personalized Treatment plan ($199*). Our licensed clinicians are ADHD and mental health experts.
  3. You may also continue with us for your Treatment follow-up as determined ($175*).
  4. You can choose one of our doctorate-level psychologists to develop a Therapy schedule that works best for you. Therapy visits are $220 per session.

* Does not include the cost of medication.

Curious about stimulant or non-stimulant approaches?

If you’re navigating ADHD or other mental health challenges, you have options. At Mentavi Health / ADHD Online, we assess what works for you. 
Some may start with non-medicated approaches like coaching or therapy.  In other cases, patients may explore medication treatment paths when warranted by diagnosis. For some diagnosed with ADHD, the treatment clinician may work with the patient to determine if stimulant approaches work best for them. Stimulant approaches are certain medications under medical treatment that are generally Class II controlled substances. Non-stimulant options are another approach that can work for many.  Medication approaches can be used in tandem with coaching or therapy. 
 
The key is starting with our diagnostic evaluation, which is reviewed by a qualified healthcare professional. Getting clarity on what you’re experiencing is the first step toward feeling more in control. From there, you and your treatment team can determine the best path—whether that’s coaching, therapy, medication, or a combination that works for your life.

Join Our ADHD Research Study

Mentavi Health is conducting ADHD research and is accepting a limited number of participants. Participants in our clinical study will get an ADHD Assessment at no cost. 

Who can join?
  • Age 19+
  • Primary language is English
  • Not previously diagnosed with ADHD
  • Not a current patient of ADHD Online or Mentavi Health
  • A resident of any of the 50 US states or DC (not including Puerto Rico or other territories)
