ADHD Online partners with College of the Sequoias to provide students with access to streamlined, comprehensive, and convenient assessment and diagnostic services online for ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and related mental health conditions. Our online Assessment gives patients answers and suggested next steps in days instead of waiting months to see a provider in person.
What to expect next
Provide us with your name and email address below and click “Submit” to create a portal account.
PLEASE NOTE: The email address you use to create your portal account cannot have been used previously with ADHD Online.
As you enter your personal information, the Portal will ask you to submit payment information. You will notice a box labeled “Promo Code”.
Please enter the Promo Code we provided to you in this box to bypass the payment screen.
Complete the online Assessment and submit it for review.
Your Assessment will be reviewed and analyzed by one of our licensed psychologists within 5 days. You will receive an email notifying you when your Assessment results with diagnostic information and next steps are available in your portal account.
Once you receive your Assessment, you have choices:
- Schedule with our Care Navigation Team following receiving your results to discuss potential treatment options https://calendly.com/adhd-online-care-navigation.
This is a free session where the care navigator will help identify resources available through ADHD Online or external options. - You may also take it back to your personal Primary Care Provider to
discuss potential medication options.
