Diagnosis is the beginning of a life changing experience
ADHD Online has partnered with For All Abilities to provide you with access to streamlined, comprehensive, and convenient Assessment and diagnostic services online for ADHD, Anxiety, Depression and related mental health conditions. Our online Assessment gives you answers and suggested next steps in days, instead of waiting months to see a provider in person.
What to expect next
Provide us with your name and email address below and click “Begin Assessment” to create a portal account.
Complete the online Assessment and submit it for review.
Your Assessment will be reviewed and analyzed by one of our licensed psychologists within 5 days. You will receive an email notifying you when your Assessment results with diagnostic information and next steps are available in your portal account.
Once you receive your Assessment, you have choices:
- You may take your results back to your Primary Care Provider.
- You may connect with one of our providers to develop your personalized Treatment plan ($199*). Our licensed clinicians are ADHD and mental health experts.
- You may also continue with us for your Treatment follow-up as determined ($175*).
- You can choose one of our doctorate-level psychologists to develop a Therapy schedule that works best for you. Therapy visits are $220 per session.
