Our online Assessment gives you answers and suggested next steps in days, instead of waiting months to see a provider in person.

What to expect next

Provide us with your name and email address below and click “Begin Assessment” to create a portal account.

As you enter your personal information, the Portal will ask you to submit payment information. You will notice a box labeled “Promo Code”.

Please enter the Promo Code provided by Barfly in this box to unlock your special pricing.

Complete the online Assessment and submit it for review.

Your Assessment will be reviewed and analyzed by one of our licensed psychologists within 5 days. You will receive an email notifying you when your Assessment results with diagnostic information and next steps are available in your portal account.

Once you receive your Assessment, you have choices:

You may take your results back to your Primary Care Provider.
You may connect with one of our providers to develop your personalized treatment plan ($199*). Our licensed clinicians are ADHD and mental health experts.
You may also continue with us for your Treatment follow-up as determined ($169*).
You can choose one of our master-level clinicians to develop a teletherapy schedule that works best for you. Therapy visits are $99 per session.
