We have been working tirelessly to improve our service request process and response time to serve you better. In some cases, you may have requested specific support from us and feel that request has not yet been addressed. If you have such an outstanding request and have not heard from us in the past week, please take the following action:
Call us at (616)-229-2935 and leave us a VOICEMAIL MESSAGE. Our voicemails are currently up to date and your request will be submitted within 1-2 business days. Please include:
1. The patient’s name, date of birth and the email associated with the account
2. The reason for the call
3. If you are requesting a medication refill, please include the name and dose of the medication and the name and location of the preferred pharmacy. Please take a moment to confirm the pharmacy has your prescription dosage in stock.
We continue to enhance all forms of support, and have several improvements coming out you will see in the next few weeks:
- A change in our phone call routing system with the addition of a dedicated Medication Refill voicemail box
- A new toll-free contact center phone number
- The Medication Refill form will be easier to access
