ADHD Online partners with CSUS Student Health, Counseling, and Wellness Services to provide students with access to streamlined, comprehensive, and convenient assessment and diagnostic services online for ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and related mental health conditions. Our online Assessment gives patients answers and suggested next steps in days instead of waiting months to see a provider in person.
Must use your CSUS Email address below and click âBegin Assessmentâ to create a portal account.
PLEASE NOTE: The email address you use to create your portal account cannot have been used previously with ADHD Online.
As you enter your personal information, the Portal will ask you to submit payment information. You will notice a box labeled âPromo Codeâ.
Please Enter the Promo Code provided in the email you receive verifying your account in this box to bypass the payment screen.
Once you complete the online assessment, your results will be sent to the fax number provided by the CSUS Student Health, Counseling, and Wellness Services.
Your Assessment will be reviewed and analyzed by a California Licensed Psychologist within 5 days. You will receive an email notifying you when your Assessment results with diagnostic information and next steps are available in your portal account.
Once you receive your ADHD assessment results, it is important to take the next steps in your treatment plan. Please make an appointment with your Mental Health Therapist at the Student Health, Counseling, and Wellness Services. They will guide you through your treatment options and provide the necessary support, To schedule your appointment, call the CSU Student Health Center at 916-278-6461, or make an appointment using the attached document with appointment instructions.

Mentavi Health is conducting ADHD research and is accepting a limited number of participants. Participants in our clinical study will get an ADHD Assessment at no cost.Â
