Accentuating the Positive Side of ADHD

We ADHDer’s hear a great deal about deficits.  We’re told ADHD is an “across the lifespan” disorder.  But what if there was another equally valid perspective?  What if our impulsivity made us more likely to change the world?  What if our differing focus enabled us to put things together in ways never thought of before?

What if being “different” led to “better?”

Some examples I’ve seen among the thousands of ADHD people I’ve had the pleasure to meet and get to know:

  • Problem-solving
  • Imagination & creativity
  • Sense of humor
  • Perseverance
  • Keen sense of observation
  • Connection with others
  • Laser focus (Hyper-focus)
  • Kindness

Join us for a serious conversation directed towards understanding and thriving with ADHD. Let’s explore examples and models where our “deficits” have led to massive innovation and change for good in the world.  How much better might you perform if you reined in the negative aspects of your ADHD and embraced the power of being different? It’s time to Reframe Your Perspective on ADHD.

October 26, 3:00 p.m. EDT

Our ADHD Online corporate office will be closed Thursday, November 24 and Friday, November 25 so our employees can enjoy this special time with their families.

As always, you can still take our assessment at any time online, whenever and wherever is best for you.

Please note that each clinician sets their own holiday hours and may be processing your requests during this time or they may be out as well.

We will resume normal business hours Monday, November 28. Thank you for your understanding and patience as our staff enjoys time with family to celebrate the Holiday.
