My goal is to help my patients using holistic approach, combining meditations, and life style. My aim is to help my patients find what works the best for them. We work together to find the most appropriate treatment for them. I reevaluate and change treatment as needed during follow up meetings. I always want to hear my patients and really understand their needs.
I have worked for many years in a community clinic, seeing patients with variety of needs. My experience includes primary care, urgent care, women’s health, home care, mental health. I have over 13 years of experience.
Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioiner, Charles Drew University of Medicine and Science, Los Angeles, CA
My favorite part of working for ADHDonline is seeing patients’ lives improved. Medications work very successfully and I love hearing so many comments from my parents about how their lives improved, they are doing so much better in all aspects of their lives, that “treatment is life changing “, they “only wish they started treatment earlier”. I also have very close friends and family who have positive experience with medications. I also recognize the importance of overall life style for management of any chronic condition, including mental health issues. I am passionate about motivating and encouraging my patients to continually improve their health in all aspects, including diet, exercise, sleep and overall well-being.
These terms refer to certain approaches to treat diagnosed ADHD. Mentavi Health / ADHD Online may provide stimulant approaches (certain medications under medical treatment that are generally considered Class II controlled substances) or non-stimulant approaches (medications generally not considered Class II, and/or therapy and coaching not related to medication).
A diagnosis and initial conversation with our treatment clinicians is key to the best path for you. The diagnosis is a key first step to determine if you have ADHD or other related conditions. Approximately 60% of patients with ADHD have co-occurring conditions such as anxiety or depression, for example. At the same time, patients who believe they have ADHD may not even have it. For those who do, there can be a variety of considerations into what kind of treatment works best to meet the patient where they’re at.
If you are not feeling right, your journey starts with the first step of diagnostic evaluation.
