I believe that establishing communication and trust and treating the body, mind and spirit are vital to providing patients with the most effective care possible. I have been told that I am very thorough in the care for my patients.
I graduated UNH with a BA in psychology in 5/2004. I subsequently decided to apply to medical school and went on to complete a Post-Baccalaureate Pre-Medical Certificate Program from UMASS Boston in 5/2008. Along my journey, I worked in a laboratory as a phlebotomist and as a microbiology medical assistant in the Boston area. I graduated from medical school in 6/2014 and began practicing medicine at that time. I completed my internship and residency at Manchester Memorial Hospital in CT in 2015 and 2017 respectfully. I initially stayed on with the same company practicing family medicine in an office. I also worked in women’s health providing prenatal care and screening exams for breast and cervical cancer. Thereafter, I transitioned to telemedicine and have been working at Mentavi Health since 12/2021.

Telemedicine has allowed for greater, faster and easier access to mental health. Additionally, I’ve found that patients often feel more comfortable in telehealth settings.
These terms refer to certain approaches to treat diagnosed ADHD. Mentavi Health / ADHD Online may provide stimulant approaches (certain medications under medical treatment that are generally considered Class II controlled substances) or non-stimulant approaches (medications generally not considered Class II, and/or therapy and coaching not related to medication).
A diagnosis and initial conversation with our treatment clinicians is key to the best path for you. The diagnosis is a key first step to determine if you have ADHD or other related conditions. Approximately 60% of patients with ADHD have co-occurring conditions such as anxiety or depression, for example. At the same time, patients who believe they have ADHD may not even have it. For those who do, there can be a variety of considerations into what kind of treatment works best to meet the patient where they’re at.
If you are not feeling right, your journey starts with the first step of diagnostic evaluation.
Mentavi Health is conducting ADHD research and is accepting a limited number of participants. Participants in our clinical study will get an ADHD Assessment at no cost.Â
