Lisa Woodruff joins ADHD Online to present on how to create scalable habits to free up your mind and still get your to-dos done.

We all know work-life balance is a myth. And even more so if you are dealing with ADHD. Lisa understands the anguish and shame that can be experienced if disorganization is overwhelming your life. She has successfully parented, taught and professionally organized those with ADHD.

Organization is a learnable skill. Ever wonder how the most productive people are winning at home (and at work)? They have developed systems and habits over time that allow them to pivot from one task or problem to the next with ease.

In this hands-on webinar, Lisa will walk you through your current to-dos and how to set yourself up for success by eliminating your to-do list and keeping your brain available for new thoughts and projects!

Oct 12, 2022, 03:00 PM in Eastern Time (US and Canada)

Can’t attend live? We’ll post the recording after the webinar to all registrants.

Our ADHD Online corporate office will be closed Thursday, November 24 and Friday, November 25 so our employees can enjoy this special time with their families.

As always, you can still take our assessment at any time online, whenever and wherever is best for you.

Please note that each clinician sets their own holiday hours and may be processing your requests during this time or they may be out as well.

We will resume normal business hours Monday, November 28. Thank you for your understanding and patience as our staff enjoys time with family to celebrate the Holiday.
