ADHD Online has partnered with UC Santa Cruz to provide you with access to streamlined, comprehensive, and convenient assessment and diagnostic services online for ADHD, Anxiety, Depression and related mental health conditions. Our online assessment gives you answers and suggested next steps in days, instead of waiting months to see a provider in person.

What to Expect Next

Provide us with your name and email address below and click “Begin Assessment” to create a portal account.

Complete the online assessment and submit it for review.

Your assessment will be reviewed and analyzed by one of our doctorate-level psychologists within 3-5 days. You will receive an email notifying you when your assessment results with diagnostic information and next steps are available in your portal account.

Once you receive your assessment, you have choices:

  1. Please bring these results back to your University Counseling and Psychological Services for treatment in order to use your UCnet insurance plan. You can schedule an appointment on the website here:  https://caps.ucsc.edu or call (831) 459-2628.
  2. You may connect with one of our providers to develop your personalized treatment plan ($199*). Our licensed clinicians are ADHD and mental health experts.
  3. You may also continue with us for your treatment follow-up as determined ($169*).
  4. You can choose one of our master-level clinicians to develop a teletherapy schedule that works best for you. Therapy visits are $99 per session.

* Does not include the cost of medication.

The patient schedules subsequent follow-up visits with our providers for ADHD medical treatment or behavioral therapy.
