My clinical approach is empathetic, evidence-based, and focused on helping patients gain clarity and control over their mental health. I prioritize active listening, collaborative goal setting, and practical strategies that empower individuals to thrive in work, school, and life.

“Why do you work with ADHD Online / Mentavi Health?
I believe in expanding access to compassionate, evidence-based mental health care—especially for those who may have struggled for years without answers. Mentavi Health’s mission aligns with my own commitment to meet patients where they are, reduce barriers to diagnosis and support, and empower people to thrive in their personal and professional lives. The flexibility and reach of this platform allows me to serve a diverse community with the depth and attention they deserve.
Why do you specialize in helping people with their mental health conditions?
Mental health challenges are deeply personal but widely misunderstood. I’ve seen firsthand how clarity, validation, and tailored support can dramatically change a person’s path. Whether it’s ADHD, anxiety, or another condition, I’m drawn to this work because it helps people reclaim agency and make meaningful changes—not just in how they feel, but in how they live. I want each person I work with to feel seen, heard, and supported with care that’s grounded in both empathy and expertise.
Why do you feel tele-mental health care is important for access to treatment?
Tele-mental health helps close the gap between need and care. For too many people, geography, work schedules, stigma, or family demands make traditional appointments out of reach. Telehealth removes those barriers. It makes timely, high-quality mental health evaluation and support accessible from the comfort of home—while preserving the human connection that’s essential for effective care.”
